Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our e-commerce store. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service or via email at DDcrystals92@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a solution that satisfies you.
It is important to note that each crystal is a natural formation and may exhibit imperfections, but they are all inherently beautiful. The crystals are randomly selected for delivery, and therefore may not be an exact match to the images provided, though they will be comparable in size, color, and quality.
 

Returns:

We ONLY accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns are not applicable for on sale items. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return:
  1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Within 7 days from purchase date.
 

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we'll issue you with a credit voucher for the product returned. Once received, our team will process and check and issue you with a store credit. Valid for 6 months. *Do note that all returns will be processed within 14 working days upon receipt of return parcel.

Shipping:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
